MS SQL Database Administrator  

Database Administrator is responsible in database server capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovey.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle Business Intelligence (BI) development such as Report (SSRS), Integration (SSIS) and Analysis (SSAS)
• Monitors and troubleshoots database servers located onshore and offshore office
• Provide reporting on various metrics.
• Coordinate and works with other department leads in dealing with issues and other IT concerns
• Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Computer Science/ Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in database server capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL and Windows Server (Operating System)
• Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools and Development such as Report (SSRS), Integration (SSIS) and Analysis (SSAS)
• Knowledge and experience in Networking and Project Management.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must possess good analytical skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
