RECRUITMENT

• Schedule, screen interview, and evaluate applicants for Property Specialist position and other vacancies in the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Design and develop online recruitment materials that would increase applicants and schedule regular posts in the official Megaworld Careers Portal in Facebook.
• Handle administrative tasks such as encoding of resumes, preparation of weekly reports, and submission of monthly requirements.

TRAINING AND INTERNAL ACTIVITIES

• Create comprehensive training module that includes Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Presentation Development, Pilot Testing, and Post Training Evaluation.
• Confirm trainees for the Property Specialist position and facilitate the Specialist Orientation Program.
• Develop mastery regarding all project details, documentation processes, and industry updates.
• Document the class cards and exam of the specialists which will be submitted to the group leaders for initial assessment.
• Prepares production reports to be used for studies, promotion, and contract evaluation of Property Specialists.
• Monitor the training room use, preparing training room prior to the seminar and ensuring that all equipment is safe kept.
• Coordinate with payroll regarding adjustments, HRD regarding newly hired Property Consultants and SAC transmittal.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Business Studies, Communications, or its equivalent.
