Estate Services Officer  

The Estate Services Officer is in charge of the estate services, ensures day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate. He/she is also responsible for the planning, mounting, and monitoring of estate sponsored activities and events/ approval and monitoring of activities by locators or external parties, supervision of and/or coordination with security group for the security of the estate, and with the development control team for the construction activities within the estate.

Other tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepares comprehensive estate management plans broken down into recurring or non-recurring activities.
• Ensures availability of resources - manpower, equipment, supplies in carrying out estate activities.
• Ensures coordination with service partners whether they are internal units or external service providers.
• Regularly views and updates policies relating to estate operations.
• Prepares detailed plans and activities in compliance with corporate initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Plays the role of initial responders and provides technical support in case of escalating issues.
• Conducts relevant benchmarking, cross industry review, and environmental scanning relative to estate operations.
• Participates in annual planning exercises.
• Prepares detail action plans/activities KRA commitments.
• Implements and follows through the progress of activities as specified in the plans and programs of the group.
• Conducts daily coordination meetings with the team both in-house and leadman providers.
• Observes time allocation:
  • 50% inspecting progress and quality of works, 25% building relationship with locators, 25% office and admin works.
• Conducts regular review and monitoring of service partners and regular coordination with key development partners, LGU, and estate associate locators.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any of the following:
  • Architecture
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering.
  • Environmental Health and Safety)
  • Business Studies
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Urban Studies/Town Planning
  • Any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
• At least 3 years of real-estate experience handling operations (either planning, construction, property management, or leasing).
• Has handled major developments or any land-use types, preferably high-density development.
• Has extensive interaction with customer and external parties.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Technically savvy, analytical, and detail oriented.
• Ability to influence.
• Consistently seeks and addresses customers' needs.
• Has an owner's mindset.
• Pro-active, team player, and with a very positive attitude.
• Willing to be assigned in Newport or Taguig.
