- Assists Division Manager in documenting, filing, processing of sales, and coordinating with other divisions and marketing groups all important matters.
- Oversees inventory of sales materials and supplies for the Sales Division assigned to them.
- Prepares Sales Materials for the Property Consultants. The Sales Materials include the Reservation Agreement Form, Computation Pad and Terms, Price Lists, and Availability Listing.
- Handles Buyers Information Slip of Property Consultants and ensures that the form is completely accomplished.
- Monitors attendance of Property Consultants.
- Entertains walk-in clients and phone calls. Assists the Property Consultants with their After Sales to clients.
- Routes and receives documents within the Marketing Department.
- Prepares sales reports per division and other reports required of them by the Division Head.
- Updates availability charts.
- Encodes and checks commission request forms and submitting it to the Commission and Incentive Head.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
