- Briefs applying brokers about the accreditation process and requirements of Megaworld Alpha
- Collects and verifies all requirements from broker partners and lets them sign a broker's agreement contract
- Manages all records of brokers pertaining to their accreditations and contract with Megaworld Alpha
- Coordinates and meets with brokers associations and/or organizations and firms for accreditation events and/or sponsorships
- Assists in organizing and execution of recruitment events and other brokers events of Megaworld Alpha
- Coordinates with other departments in MCBD regarding Megaworld Alpha events in terms of logistics, liquidations, etc.
- Manages FB account of Megaworld Alpha for marketing the group for its recruitment
- Coordinates with the accounts management department, CTBS department and other necessary departments in the Head Office to assist brokers with their after-sales pertaining to their accounts
- Coordinates with commissions department and treasury department in providing a status of the commissions due to our partner brokers
- Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent
- Must be a Licensed Broker or Accredited Salesperson
- Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in real estate sales
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
