This position is primarily in-charge of:
- Training incoming property consultants for technical and soft skills
- Orientation of accredited brokers
- Screening, sourcing, and interviewing the candidates for the Sales and Marketing Department
- Handling and organizing internal events
- Organizing activities that would help motivate the sales teams to achieve their targets
- Preparing reports that would help monitor the performance of the consultants.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a graduate of psychology, developmental studies, behavioral science, education, human resource management, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has pleasing personality
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exemplary negotiation and presentation
- Remarkable customer sevice skills
- Driven to succeed and willing to learn new things
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools.
