• Ability to source and negotiate with clients with win-win solutions in mind.
• Collaborator, able to work with teams.
• Meet required sales target on a monthly basis.
• Execute sales strategies and promote properties through effective marketing- Advertisements, Open houses and Listings.
• Implement the company's sales and marketing strategy, identifying and qualifying leads by exerting personal effort.
