- Search for local distributors and manage onboarding process
- Manage & support local distributors to meet yearly targets
- Perform provincial sales routing to acquire/retain new accounts
- Propose marketing programs to meet/augment sales objectives
- Monitor competitor activities
- Develop good working relationships with related institutions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least five (5) years’ experience as Sales or equivalent
- Currently or has been engaged in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening and conflict resolution
- Good interpersonal skills; dealing or relating with other people
- Highly organized and has good attention to detail
- Can speak local dialect fluently
