- Sourcing and recruiting full-time and reliever nurses
- Conducting interviews of applicants for full-time nurses
- Coordinating with the clinic management team on manpower needs
- Overseeing day to day operations in clinics
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Flexible with work hours (e.g. rest day on weekdays, or starting work at 1PM)
- Has employed or willing to learn recruiting channels such as Jobstreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, and Social Media
- Has an existing network or contacts to provide recruiting leads
- Some experience in medical staff recruiting and onboarding processes
- Preferably holds a PRC license in Nursing
