- Conduct medical consultation for employees at risk or with mental health diseases
- Provide health counseling
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and company human resources department in order to create an appropriate and thorough treatment plan
- Educate individuals with appropriate coping mechanisms to help through difficult situations, especially those that cause emotional stress
- Management of work-related mental health diseases
- Conduct workshops/programs to teach management basic counseling skills
- Help create a culture for alignment between organizational learning and development
- Submit statistical reports to Management that quantifies utilization rates and share trends of issues for which consultation is sought while adhering to the principle of confidentiality
- Working with executives to lower costs of disability claims or other related costs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Licensed Physician, preferably with Psychiatry training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude to empathize with clients and help them open up
- Ability to leverage internal and external resources as part of a client treatment plan
- Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress
- Willingness to work full-time on-site
