Human Resources (HR) Manager  

The Human Resources Manager shall oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, and develop and monitor overall Human Resources strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Myron’s Restaurant Group in support of company strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Promote corporate values and enable business success through job design.
• Support current and future business needs through the recruitment and selection, development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Oversee cafeteria operations in coordination with the food and beverage department. 11.Prepares budget of human resources operations.
• Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
• Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Philippine law.
• Implement the Code of Discipline fairly and firmly for corrective discipline.
• Keep the Code of Discipline current, and update when necessary.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

• Bachelor's degree holder in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses
• With at least 8 years of general HR experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
