Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Greet customers as they arrive in the store and provide them with information regarding products
- Respond to customers’ complaints and take necessary actions resolve their issues
- Take payment in exchange for items sold
- Bag, box, and wrap purchased items
- Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner
- Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill
- Sort and count bills and coins
- Issue receipts and change to customers
- Count money at the beginning and ending of each shift
- Process exchanges and refunds
- Ensure that all checkout counters have enough cash
- Weigh items and determine prices of the same
- Perform the duties of customer service representative when required
- Maintain periodic sales reports and spreadsheets
- Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and marking prices
- Ensure management of daily cash accounts
- Create periodic transaction reports
- Maintain knowledge of store inventory and sales activities
- Keep the work area tidy and clean
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Open to both male & female applicants
- We are looking for applicants residing nearby our Store @ TANZA, Cavite
- High school graduate or college level
- Effective communication skills and proven integrity, as well as sincerity
- Ability to concentrate on details
- High sense of thoughtfulness in a habitually active environment
- Ability to organize workload according to urgency
- A composed single minded disposition to duties
- Multi-talented and resourceful ability when handling different tasks
- Highly skilled in promoting friendly atmosphere and efficient customer service
