- Implements Human Resource Operational policies and objectives for the company.
- Partners with the Management to communicate and provide consistent interpretation/application of Company and HR Operational policies and procedures across the Departments.
- Resolves human resource problems, interpret HR Operational policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
- Provides assistance to employees by answering employee queries regarding general HR information, interpreting contracts and benefits to facilitate information dissemination and prevent confusion.
- Reports to HR Head any violation of company policy by receiving incident reports for HR Head to assist line managers in handling disciplinary actions.
- Conducts investigations together with the HR Head when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth regarding HR Operations related.
- Handles discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performance appraisals, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters.
- Maintains HR Database by regularly updating personnel information and employment status, 201 file and records of employees whenever necessary to ensure that all employee information are current and correct and prevent infringement for the lack thereof.
- Manages files and other pertinent documents for record keeping by utilizing appropriate office equipment, locked cabinets for confidential files, and categorically organize folder system for soft copies in the computer for safe keeping and easy retrieval.
- Monitors terminations and resignations by receiving resignation letters and AWOL reports from line supervisors to update the database, update payroll, and facilitate clearances.
- Ensures to report the regular activities of HR Operations to the HR Head.
- Responsible person to create and maintain a positive work environment among all stakeholders.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Oversees and supervises the Recruitment in-Charge personnel in the recruitment function and all recruitment-related activities (end to end process) in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work practices.
- Oversees and supervises Recruitment in-Charge personnel in onboarding function, ensuring an employee-friendly and efficient new hire experience.
- Supervises and works closely with the Payroll in-Charge personnel/s in processing the scheduled payroll cut-offs and ensuring payroll-related data such us over time, tardiness, deductions will be credited in a timely manner.
- Ensures the scheduled Payroll period will be credited in a timely manner in order to prevent future complaints from the employees.
- Oversees the payroll function ensuring all payroll -related activities are carried out efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work practices.
- Ensures that the compensation and benefits function are carried out efficiently in accordance with company/government policies, procedures, and work practices.
- Supervises in monitoring leave credit and balance of the employees, thus, provide monthly leave balance report.
- Ensures that the company is in compliance with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations mandated by the government of the Philippines.
- Ensures to supervise the Recruitment in-Charge personnel in monitoring employees that are due for regularization by reviewing performance evaluations conducted by department heads/managers at the third month and fifth month of the probationary period to facilitate preparation of contracts for those due for regularization and informing of employees who didn’t meet the company standards on the termination of their probation period in due time as mandated by the law.

- A graduate of BS in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management / BS in Psychology
- A graduate of Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is highly advantages
- With at least three years of work experience as HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of mandated government and business compliance, filing needs, etc.
- Well verse on the content of the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Solid experience in salary and benefits administration and employee training and development
- Motivated, proactive thinker to work independently and as a part of a team
