Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Executive Assistant will provide valuable assistance to our chairpersons and/or management team.
This will cover a wide variety of tasks and management including the following areas:
- Administration & coordination with various stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
- Purchasing and supplies management
- Documentation and information management
- Property/Office management
- Basic finance and cash management
- Other tasks and responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Chairpersons
This role is based in Quezon City with regular visits to project sites. The work schedule is Monday to Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. On Saturdays, work may be dismissed earlier on the discretion of the manager.
