In this role, you will help the Masungi Geo-reserve team serve a signature food and beverage menu for the Geotourism destination:
- Lead kitchen staff in overall restaurant operations, including securing supply, costing, staff management and delivery of menu items from farm/market to table.
- Constantly innovate on food and beverage menu based on season, availability and special requests of guests.
- Ensure 100% cleanliness and alignment of values in cooking and eating areas.
