Village Administrator  

• Leadership and supervision experience
• Ability to implement and establish operational protocols for teams
• Willingness to learn about property maintenance and management (maintenance of all common-use structures and services, landscaping, trash removal & waste management)
• Capacity to enforce village rules and regulations, as well as the deed of restrictions
• Must be able to build rapport and relations with homeowners
• Exposure and has a level of comfort with crisis management and problem-solving
• Must be agile and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication skills

**This role is located in an estate development in Cavite by the developer of the project.**

The Property Manager will supervise, systematise, monitor, and coordinate grounds & fcilities maintenance, security, housekeeping, and billing needs of the Homeowner's Association.

• Build, lead and supervise the village administration team
• Implement operating checklists, monitoring & evaluation of the facilities & landscaped grounds maintenance, along with the security teams
• Enforcing rules, regulations and the deed of restrictions of the estate and village
• Crisis management and homeowner relations
• Coordinate with Accounting for billings and collections of homeowner dues
