- Act as a major link between clients and the company
- Educate and introduce the company’s services to clients
- Manage and nurture client accounts
- Proactively converts service calls into sales
- Responsible for addressing queries and concerns about the company’s website
- Collect and verify customer contact information and generate new leads through referrals
- Ensures confidentiality of customer information
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Other duties as deemed necessary by the immediate superior from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least High School Graduate, Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic Computer Skills
- Highly motivated and have a strong work ethic and drive
- Must be fluent in English
- At least 1 year experienced employees specializing in outbound sales and customer service in the Finance Industry
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to undergo training
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
