Marketing & Administrative Assistant  

The Marketing & Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical work to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. The Administrative Clerk reports to the Administrative Head and Operations Manager and is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and clerical services.

Note: This position would normally attain the required knowledge and skills through completion of office procedures coursework combined with related financial and administrative experience.

• Computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at high proficient level.
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
• Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
