Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Directs and controls all human resources and administrative services functions such as strategy and policy formulation, organizational planning, manpower planning and recruitment, training and organizational development, career and succession management, performance management, compensation and benefits management, payroll administration, and employee services.
- Consults and advises on a wide variety of sensitive human capital issues (e.g. discipline, hiring, promotions, return to work, etc.) to assist management in effective decision-making and to enforce all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversees the recruitment process (e.g. advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, making recommendations for hire, new employee orientation, etc.) to maintain the optimum manpower count and organizational capability.
- Facilitates meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. (e.g. personnel actions, administrative procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.) to identify issues or gaps, develop recommendations, support other employees, and serve as management representative.
- Investigates employee grievances (e.g. sexual harassment, pay and bonuses, assignment disputes, etc.) to reach resolutions for a healthy work environment.
- Maintains manual and electronic documents, files, and records (e.g. background information, employee 201 files, vacancy listings, applicant tracking, etc.) to provide accurate information and to comply with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
- Monitors staffing budgets, departmental budget allocations, expenditures, and related financial activities to ensure that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits, and policies and procedures are followed.
- Participates in meetings, workshops, job fairs and seminars to convey and gather information regarding a wide variety of subjects required to carry out administrative responsibilities.
- Performs human resources and administrative services functions (e.g. hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, providing professional development opportunities, etc.) to maintain adequate staffing, enhance employee productivity, and ensure department or program outcomes are achieved.
- Prepares a wide variety of written materials (e.g. plans, budgets, funding requests, investigative reports, analyses, recommendations, procedures, etc.) to document activities and issues, meet compliance requirements, provide audit references, make presentations, and provide support materials for requested actions.
- Recommends policies, procedures, and actions to provide directions for meeting the company’s goals and objectives.
- Researches information (e.g. organizational culture, compensation, etc.) to develop new plans and programs, ensure compliance, secure general information, and respond to various requests.
- Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g. staffing, conflicts in policies and regulations, compensation, etc.) to identify the relevant issues and recommend or implement a remediation plan.
- Manages the other day-to-day office administration activities of the company (e.g. purchase requisitions, repairs and maintenance, property insurance, company vehicles, gas fleet cards, communication facilities, assignment of drivers and messengers, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Management with at least a specialization in recruitement and staffing, compensation management and payroll administration, or training and development;
- Knowledge in the formulation of corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
- People-oriented, results-oriented, high level of integrity, team-player, strong attention to details, and high sense of urgency;
- Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
