- Supervision and coordination of recording accumulation and monitoring of accounting transactions and custody of all transaction files and reports.
- Submission of timely monthly reports to the management and government agencies and to properly monitor compliance therewith.
- Coordination and supervision of account analysis and their corresponding subsidiary ledgers on a monthly basis.
- Formulation of accounting procedures and policies to strengthen the company’s internal control and to be able to maintain an updates accounting manual.
- Monitoring of all related transactions and be able to implement timely collection of receivables.
- Preparation of the following reports:
- Comparative Financial statements
- Annual reports for submission to the following:
- Bureau of Internal Revenue documents and reports
- External Audit
- Securities and Exchange Commission
- Verification of the following documents:
- Official receipts
- Checks and check vouchers including journal entries
- Daily Cash Position Report
- Reconciliation of the cash in bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years of work experience in General Accounting and Taxation.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
