Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including payroll checks, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical vendors or suppliers' records.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Paying vendors or suppliers by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit and on time; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance payables.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports or vendors and suppliers.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software, preferably Navision
- With strong analytical and data entry skills
- Systems development and finance systems experience
- Must possess confidentiality, independence and professional competence
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
