Assis the Head of Compliace in the development, implementation and management of the Company's regulatory compliance framework to protect the Company from regulatory exposure and to ensure that it operates in the highest standards of compliance in accordance with local regulatory requirements, mainly by ensuring the Quality Assessment Programs are in place and are regularly conducted.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
- Being a lawyer is an advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience as Compliance
- Strong background in regulatory environment, relevant legislation, training and regulatory requirements (IC, BSP, AMLA)
- High level of organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Diplomatic and can deal with people at all levels
- Team player and strategic
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Can start immediately
