Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for Production Packaging Operations.
- Plans, leads, organizes and control production and packaging operations covering offset, post press and finishing.
- Responsible for maintaining Safety, GMP and adherence to HACCP, 5s, work standards and sound housekeeping in all areas of coverage
- Responsible for ensuring machineries and equipment are in good working condition.
- Conducts training and dialogue with personnel whenever necessary.
- Conducts inventory of materialsand ensures availability for production Operation
- Ensures essential resources such as manpower and materials are effectively utilized.
- Ensures consistent quality and quantity of Production output within set time schedule
Trình độ tối thiểu
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Technical Field
- Broad knowledge and experience in Production Operation
- With at least 3 years related working experience in printing/ manufacturing industry
Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Fluency in both Filipino and English language
- Public Speaking and Oral presentation
- Technical, Analytical, Logical and Rationale Thinking
- Training Ability
