- Achievement of sales targets through effectively overseeing operations of all stores
- Effective inventory management through mastery of product sell-thru, turnover and ensuring that stores/warehouses maintain healthy months on hand
- Lead merchandise selection, allocation, procurement and pricing
- Human Resources Management: Management of Direct Reports, building team structure and morale and closely working with HR team on training, hiring/termination, employee evaluation, and feedback
- Lead liaison with principals and create/deliver business review presentations when necessary work closely with IT Department to ensure that system inputs required in operations are accomplished on time and in full
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Have prior retail experience. Example of retail companies: SSI, Primer, SM, Bench Group, etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to hold office in SLEX Mamplasan.
