Job Summary:
We are looking for a leader who has succesfully automated operations processes, specifically at BPOs. He will be working with different departments with the primary goals in mind
- Improve the Magic Product
- Automate operations processes, and send more of Magic's other roles to larger whales.
The Product Manager will also be primarily responsible for:
- Working closely with engineers to scope, roll-out, project manage, and QA for innovations to our project
- Working closely with stakeholders from the operation to ensure that the new processes are implemented, and working effectively

- Proven experience in leading product management for operational automation and systems building
- Extensive knowledge in automation of operational processes that drive efficiency and improved quality
- Process and data driven to make decisions on what to automate
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
