Our Payroll Specialist role includes tracking and reporting employee hours to ensure accurate payroll. You will also be tasked with answering inquiries regarding employee compensation and benefits, preparing paperwork for employer- and government-provided benefits, managing employee and contractor profiles and scheduling.
Essential Functions
- Audit timekeeping and submit monthly report for payroll processing
- Advise employees on benefits and prepare paperwork
- Track dependent benefits program and prepare monthly statement for payroll
- Answer questions about employee profile including leaves, compensation, benefits, eligibility for government benefits and more
- Liaison with our business partner to facilitate government and employer benefits programs
- Complete payments for contractors
- Assemble weekly schedule and update as needed
- Leave management- approval, plotting on schedule and timekeeping

- Mathematical literacy
- Strong organizational skills
- Trustworthy, strong sense of confidentiality
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google sheets
- Able to multitask
