Junior Business Intelligence Associate

As Junior Business Intelligence Associate you will:

• Be organized! Handle daily, weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders; providing business insights based on data presented.
• Measure data! Ability to query, clean, process and transform data, and most importantly, to derive insights to drive business growth and help solve strategic problems
• Give insights! Exposure on how to use data to solve problems for all aspects of the business such as operations, marketing, product, app performance and technology
• Ability to break down complicated concepts, do market research and competitive analysis.
• Optimize the process via automation, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of each KPI
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• You need to have at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and in any related field.
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong and awesome analytical skills.
• Troubleshoot! Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be understandable! Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• At least proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficient in using Google applications (i.e. Google docs, Google Drive, etc.)
