Customer Delight Manager  

• Defines and implements Customer Success and Customer Support initiatives, metrics and KPI.
• Manages and leads a team of customer success and customer support executives.
• Works closely with Marketing and Branding team to develop initiatives to drive up customer engagement, CSAT, NPS, customer loyalty, and retention..
• Works closely with Partner Success Manager to avoid and resolve partner-customer issues.
• Exhibits cross-functional leadership and collaboration with different teams to build a long-term, scalable and sustainable solutions.

• 2 years of management or supervisory experience in the start-up industry.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Technical competency in app-based, hyper-local, on-demand technology.
• May require national and international travel
