Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Delight our customers to have a positive memorable experience when talking to you and resolve their concern
  • Be the customer advocate in our team by hearing our their inputs and championing it in our organization
  • Organize & respond to inquiries in Zendesk and actively improve efficiency
  • Identify root cause of concerns and resolve them by taking preventive measures to address them through available communications channels
  • Keep our FAQs, Help Center, Knowledge Base and Support Articles updated to continously reduce the common reasons for people to reach out to our Chat/Email Support
  • Raise the bar for customer delight to the extent that our customers share how delightful their experience talking to you was and come up with creative initatives to make that happen

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Experience: You have a few years of experience in delighting customers
  • Delight: You know the difference between just providing support and truly delighting a customer
  • Care: You care deeply about customers and can put yourself in their shoes
  • Communication: You can commnicate well with various stakeholders.
  • Direct but Kind: You can deliver your message in a crafted and concise way by being direct but kind
  • Familiarity with Zendesk: You have used Zendesk at its full power and know how to fully utilize the functions to make your work more efficient and can continously improve the process in collaboration with operations team
