- Independently manage client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of different accounts.
- Act as strategic adviser to clients.
- Create and deliverconcept/pitch presentations to clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships and business with existing clients through weekly meetings, monthly reviews, and scheduled planning sessions.
- Proactively and strategically review upcoming client campaigns for production efficiencies.
- Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to clients and more so to the organization.
- Work with management to identify and implement internal process improvement opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices,news and trends and work with the team to constantly provide new offerings to clients.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Analyze pricing and prepare proposals for client in consultation with the Project Manager and Production Manager.
- Manage and ensure profitability of projects and total team delivery in coordination with the teams involved (Project Manager, Production Manager, internal departments such as finance, etc.).
- Work efficiently with the other departments for project requirements.
- Work with the Business Unit Head for Events to plan for pitches and strategies.
- Lead the Maintain accuracy and high quality of products and services.
- Provide post mortem reviews and reports through project black books and the Certificate of Completion.

- 3 years of experience in handling multiple discipline accounts.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Marketing and sales planning skills is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker and a go getter.
- Confident and can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Must be available for work outside of normal business hours on a regular basis.
