Transformation Project Senior Specialist  

The Transformation Project Senior Specialist will be required to lead and manage a range of transformation projects with a regional (Asia-Pacific) mandate for Luxasia. The candidate will be based in the Manila office of the Group. Responsibilities will involve business development, planning and implementation of Luxasia’s transformation program - LX21 initiatives specifically for –

1. New Category Business Development (non-beauty brands) and
2. Omni-channel Implementation - through close coordination with cross-functional teams within the Group.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Omni-channel Implementation
  • Lead regional initiatives / projects and coordinate with local and cross-functional teams to drive implementation
  • Manage communication between various stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Deliver and implement projects on a timely basis
  • Address and resolve challenges and bottlenecks
  • Provide regular updates on progress of ongoing projects

• New Category Business Development and Implementation
  • Support identification of suitable brands to bring onboard
  • Conduct research to evaluate market potential, competition and channel strategy etc
  • Support preparation of proposal and business case
  • Coordinate implementation of new brand(s) across different channels

Experience:

• 2-4 years of working experience
• Prior experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting with a knowledge of Ecommerce, or retail would be a plus
• Self-starter and independent
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude

Education:

• Degree holder
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
