Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for assisting Project Manager in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.
- Under the direction of the PM, the Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction
- Ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work on site.
- Follow up on collection of all non-received documents and escalate any issues to the PM.
- Prepare all project meeting agendas and associated attachments as directed by the PM.
- Attend weekly project meetings as requested by PM and keep detailed meeting minutes for publishing to project team.
- Maintain client relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing the Company’s commitment to continuously addressing their needs and interests
- Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals
- Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to customers’ concerns or questions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work on job sites.
- Can Multitask.
- Can read, analyze, and study blue prints.
- Can edit via AutoCAD App.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
- Team Player.
- Demonstrates a Sense of Urgency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
