Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plan, coordinate, direct and manage the selling and merchandising activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving the sales target.
- Responsible for manpower planning, training, and implementing merchandising directives and initiatives.
- Merchandise and sales reporting. Constantly analyze statistics regarding the number of sales made in a given period and need for new inventory.
- Negotiate better locations for in-mall events to maximize sales opportunities.
- Preparation of sales and inventory reports highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Has leadership, merchandising and negotiating skills.
- Must be self-driven and result-oriented.
- With at least 3 to 5 years related working experience.
- Willing to travel and do store visits.
