Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform general accounting.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts.
- Compile data and reports for budget preparation.
- Update and maintain accounting journals and ledgers to keep track of financial transactions.
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
- Verify invoices and billing statements.
- Handle petty cash and preparation of vouchers.
- Prepare payroll and ensure compliance of government reportorial requirements such as tax returns, SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth remittances.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Professional License is an advantage but not required.
- With adequate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, and Peachtree.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Willing to work in Sucat, Paranaque.
