- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients/ customers and vendors via phone, email and in person
- Assisting the audits.
- Excellentmultitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience
- Preferrably Female
- Proficiency with computers and book keeping software
- Exceptional time management, verbal and writtten communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- More education, experience or additional certifications may be needed.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
