Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Sort resumes of job applicants if they meet the position requirements based on PRF.
- Post job opening notices within LTP premises.
- Ensure that notices are properly posted in bulletin boards and the LTP intranet.
- Contact applicants for exam and interview schedules and use all possible means to contact them (i.e. mobile, email).
- Assist in the administration and facilitation of applicants assessments.
- Administer and check personnel tests of applicants.
- Conduct initial Interview among applicants for rank-and-file positions.
- Prepare interview forms to be used as guide for interviewers.
- Prepare psychological profile reports of short-listed applicants.
- File and sort application not considered for employment.
- Collect all pre-employment requirements of job applicants for documentation (licenses/certifications, ID pictures, medical exam results) and further forwards collected data to HR-IS for filing in 201 folders.
- Prepare and monitor issuance of company IDs and new savings account for newly hired employees.
- Prepare certification letters for practicumers.
- Assist in the preparation for job fair activities and exit interviews to resigned employees.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS/AB Behavioral Science or other related courses.
- 3 to 6 months of work related experience.
- Knowledgeable of government transactions with SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and BIR.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Attentive to details.

Founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation, Lufthansa Technik Philippines offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to customers worldwide.
