As Sales Clerk in Loc&Stor24/7 you are our frontliner, the one who will meet, greet and entertain the customer. Your most basic task is to educate the customer regarding the benefits of using self-storage and from then on attend to your customer's queries-- up to writing up the contract and accepting payment. Being a professional company, you are asked to be available to your customers when they need assistance.
Other tasks include:
- Represent the company in fairs and exhibits
- Cold calling customers
- Following up on customer inquiries
- Keeping inventory of merchandise
- Maintaining professional look of the store
