Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ finances.
- Ensuring that accounts are monitored and recorded by encoding transactions in company’s accounting system (QuickBooks).
- Handles bank transactions.
- Process invoices and prepare payments.
- Analyse discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Liaises with other departments/vendors.
- Time-to-time support with our customer’s needs through reliable and informed customer service.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree of an Accounting Course.
- Computer literate.
- Flexible, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
