General Accountant  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Accounting

1. Bookkeeping – making sure that all financial transactions are recorded and with supporting documents.
   1. Sales/Income
   2. Disbursements
2. Prepares Financial Reports – Monthly & Annual:
   1. Profit & Loss
   2. Cash Flow
   3. Balance Sheet
3. Annual Budget
4. Formulates and creates systems and procedures.

Tax Reporting

1. Withholding Taxes
   1. Expanded
   2. Compensation
2. VAT
   1. Vat Relief
   2. 2550M/2550Q
3. Income Tax
4. Alphalist
   1. Suppliers
   2. Employees
5. Taxes on importation
6. Business/ Branch Registration – if applicable

Performs other job-related tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Head

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Accountancy or any similar field. CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
