- Job Duties and Tasks for: "Electro-Mechanical Technician"
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates
- Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.
- Inspect parts for surface defects.
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Responsible for installing,repairing and maintaning pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal
- Responsible for conducting meter readings both electrical and water
- Read blueprints
- Repair to meet operational specifications and tolerances.

- Mechanical Engineering graduate
- Male
- Willing to be aasigned at Cauayan Isabela
- Can operate test and maintain property equipment such as pumps, generator sets and motors
- Can read plans
- Can follow basic instruction
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
