Plan strategic activities required for of corporate including management of the commercial leasing process.
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Marketing Department to ensure sales/ lease of commercial and office space transactions.
• Generate leads and assist with referrals and inquiries.• Handle walk ins and telephone inquiries.
• Handle commercial and office space sales and/or lease transactions including lease acquisitions.
• Assist client meetings and presentations.• Facilitate commercial viewing.
