- Assist in the development, execution and evaluation of client events
- Handles the department requisition for assets, supplies, and other materials that may be required
- Ensures documents for superior’s review and/or approval are routed to him and sent back to requestor/recipient timely
- Ensures safekeeping of assigned office supplies and other items assigned to the Accounts Department
- Provide status reports on overall client events activities, billings/payments of specific events.
- Coordinate with other departments when executing and monitoring events; Develop and coordinate schedule of client events

- Strong written and verbal communications skills
