Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years in College
- Computer Literate
- Have at least 6 months experience in a Call Center
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift
- Can speak & write in English
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
