Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Overall management of procurement services and monitoring of delivery to required project sites (materials, machineries, equipment, supplies, and services)
- Over-all monitoring of tabulation and purchase orders of the most efficient and least cost possible.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench marking
- People management
- Resources management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree holder (preferrably licensed engineer)
- Minimum 5 years of continuous and profound experience in the construction Industry with a managerial role
- Knowledge of purchasing and warehousing functions
- Advanced oral and written communication
- High integrity
- Advanced reporting skills
- Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
