- Works to create a safe and productive work environment.
- Performs/attends first aid treatment for minor accidents on site.
- Monitors site availability of medicines.
- Inventory of Medicines.
- Weekly checking of Vital signs.
- Monthly checking of BMI.
- Prepares an incident report.
- Monitors and encodes time IN, OUT and Overtime of workers and staffs.
- Prepares Daily manpower Report.
- Prepare Safe man Hour Monitoring.
- Handling Project’s Petty Cash.
- Prepares Project Daily Report if instructed by Project Engineer.
- Prepares Transmittal Sheets.
- Prepares Monthly (for Staff employees) and Daily (for Workers) payroll.
- Prepares Reimbursement and Liquidation.
- Overall Administrative and filing works.
Trình độ tối thiểu
• Graduate of B.S Nursing
• PRC License is a must
• With at least 1 year working experience in the same field is required
• With exposure in construction industry is an advantage
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is a must
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig or Valenzuela
