Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provides the requirements for supply, delivery and installation of LEMI's products and services needed for construction project
- Writes report highlighting the practical implications of the clients's design based from their standard and expected outcome
- Negotiates contracts with clients
- Provides technical services and carrying out tests on system
- Act as liaison for certain project of sub-contractors, plumbers, surveyors, and other construction professionals
- Practise safety in handling electromechanical materials
- Attends to clientele meeting to accommodate their needs
- Monitoring and managing stock of supplies and equipment to be used
- Prepared proposal in terms of technical services
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Candidates must have atleast 1 or 2 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Communication: Negotiating skills
- People oriented and possess Time management skills
- Godd attention to details and creative
- Possesses Leadership skills
- Familiar and can easily adopt fast with the latest equipment and or machineries used for construction
