Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Deliver retail and customer service activities within to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satusfaction in conjunction with Online Retail and Stock Manager.
- Develop and manage the Online Shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing capaigns.
- Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
- Organized and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and return items.
- Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or any Business/IT related course.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specializing in online selling or advertising.
- With proactive approach to improving all tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
- Applicant must be comfortable using computers and proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- With an eye for details.
