Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing of applicants for hiring positions.
- Schedule examinations and interviews of applicants.
- Assist in payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Monitor and update of employee 201 files.
- Provide secretarial support by:
- Entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Organizing work.
- Answering the telephone.
- Relaying messages.
- Maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
