- Reading and understanding the contracts and agreements of the company to correct the possible problems.
- Providing inputs to form business deals and contracts.
- Preparing reports, letters and greements
- Performing investigation on the litigation causes, collecting evidences to present in the court and arranging the groundwork to fight a case.
- Serving court orders, warrant of arrest etc.
- Managing the legal implications of new projects of the company.
- Protecting the company from all legal obligations.
- Training entry level legal officers and junior staff in company law procedures.
- Documenting all legal documents for maintaining confidentiality.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Working experience is not necessary but can be an ADVANTAGE.
- Keen attention details even when working with a volume of documents.
- Excellent command of English.
- Can communicate effectively of co-workers.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Full time positions available.
