Franchise Development Manager  

Purpose:

Facilitate and support the expansion and retention of HERTZ & THRIFTY brands primarily through management and franchise agreements of assigned brands in the Philippines. Identify and qualify development opportunities for assigned brands and locations. This position must prospect and execute new franchise agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

• Set up professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand.
• Identify and determine prospects for development opportunities through existing or new potential owners; make sales presentations; and participate in the negotiation of sales to include coordination of applications, licenses, management contracts, and joint venture.

• Pipeline management - develop and maintain the pipeline of new stores and forecast time-line for new store openings and assess risks.

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics ;
• Minimum 1 year of related experience, including franchise development, program development and management, project sales and regional expansion, and/or program Monitoring & Evaluation
• Flexibility of travel to project sites
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and effectively manage an entire team and follow standard protocols
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computing skills
• Effective oral, written communication skills with ability to produce high quality written work
